Get ready for a fresh approach to mental health care. I’m passionate about helping you feel fantastic—not just “fine.” I earned my Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Missouri and specialize in evidence-based, compassionate care that puts you at the center.
I believe in choice and collaboration. Together, we’ll explore the best treatment options for your needs—whether that’s solely medication management, psychotherapy, advanced therapies like TMS for depression/OCD, or innovative treatments like Spravato, which are transforming mental health care.
My approach blends Internal Family Systems therapy with both Eastern and Western ideologies, creating a personalized path toward healing that honors your mind, body, and spirit.
Fun facts about me-- I tend to rescue stray dogs here in San Antonio, so you may see me posting flyers for one to have a new home! I have a small farm of 2 dogs, 4 cats, and too many chickens. (I will leave some eggs for y'all at the front desk :) ).
When it comes down to it, you deserve care that truly fits you—and I can’t wait to help you discover what that looks like.
Let me know what I can do to help support you!

Hi, I’m Sara! I provide compassionate, grounded, and collaborative mental health care. With over a decade of nursing experience, primarily in critical care, I’m dedicated to helping you feel supported, heard, and empowered on your path to healing.
I believe in choice, partnership, and honoring your lived experience. Together, we’ll explore treatment options that fit your needs—whether that is medication management, supportive psychotherapy, or innovative approaches like Spravato and TMS. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), behavioral strategies, and solution-focused techniques through a trauma-informed and identity-respectful lens.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and cared for, so we can work side by side to strengthen clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Outside the clinic, I share a lively home with my husband, three kids, two dogs, and two cats. Our family life constantly reminds me of the importance of patience, humor, presence, and connection.
It’s an honor to be part of your healing process, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
