Holly Andreasen

Licensed Professional Counselor

Holly Andreasen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and recent graduate from Bellevue University. She has a little over 1 year experience in the counseling field as an intern and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She worked at an inpatient behavioral health clinic prior to that for abut a year and a half. Her passion for mental health stems from watching her fathers struggles to cope with his PTSD from Vietnam. She originally got into the field because of how long it took him to seek help, as she was inspired to help fight the stigma against mental health in the military community. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy while maintaining a trauma-informed approach. EMDR has been a major interest for her and she looks forward to training and certification sometime soon!

She is a mother of 3 girls, who keep her very busy when she is not at work, along with their 3 dogs. Holly and her husband and have been married for 14 years and are looking forward to their 15th anniversary in April! She is a very open and honest person, and good communication is extremely important to her. A little fun fact about Holly; she was a gestational surrogate for a couple in China in 2018. Being a mother was something she wanted since she was a little girl, and it was a blessing to be able to help a family who was unable to conceive to welcome a beautiful baby girl into their family.
