I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at El Paso, and since then, I have been committed to supporting people through their unique journeys toward healing and growth.
My experience spans working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and children facing issues such as trauma, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. Additionally, I have had the privilege of serving members of our proud military community, including active-duty service members, veterans, and their families, addressing similar struggles with compassion and understanding.
Treatment Modalities:
- Person-Centered Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
My Approach
I believe that the foundation of effective therapy is a strong, trusting relationship. My approach emphasizes honesty, understanding, knowledge, insight, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to work alongside you to help you reach where you want to be.
I pride myself on being easy to talk to and open-minded, and I firmly believe that every person has the potential to overcome adversity. Helping you unlock that potential is my mission in every session.
